We're investing in our team, our processes, and the future growth of the business. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who enjoys helping customers, working with experienced technicians, and being rewarded for performance.
This is more than a Service Advisor position. It's an opportunity to become a key part of a growing independent repair shop with a loyal customer base and a vision for the future.
You'll work alongside 3–4 highly skilled A-Level technicians with years of experience and technical knowledge. Your role is to keep work flowing efficiently through the shop by communicating with customers, building estimates, scheduling repairs, and helping maximize technician productivity.
For the right person, this position provides a clear path to advancement. As Beany's Auto Service Center continues to grow under new ownership, this role can develop into an Automotive General Manager position for someone who demonstrates leadership, accountability, operational excellence, and a passion for growing the business.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
Compensation Base Pay
- $22.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Approximately $52,000–$59,000 annual base compensation
Performance Incentives
Monthly bonuses based on:
- Technician Productivity
- Gross Profit
- Gross Revenue
- Customer Satisfaction
Annual Gross Revenue Bonus
Realistic earning potential: $70,000–$100,000+ annually
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Build and present accurate repair estimates
- Explain repair recommendations and maintenance needs
- Schedule vehicles and maintain technician workflow
- Coordinate repairs with technicians
- Follow up on declined work and future maintenance recommendations
- Help maximize technician productivity
- Assist in achieving sales, gross revenue, and gross profit goals
- Review repair orders for accuracy
- Generate positive online reviews
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Support the continued growth of Beany's Auto Service Center
Qualifications
- Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Automotive repair knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and able to multitask
- Experience with shop management software preferred
- Valid driver's license
