Retail Store Manager in Training (Licking County)
for Licking-Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc.
Full-Time Position – 40 hours a week
Location: Various stores, Licking County
Pay: $15.45 per hour
Schedule: Depends on the needs of the store you are working in.

Have ample experience in retail management

Have a working knowledge of retail settings and product display

Have the ability to work a flexible schedule

Supervise and train employees with enthusiasm as well as understanding

Lead and teach your team how to sort and price donations

Ensure quality control standards
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license
-
Travel to other Licking/Knox Goodwill retail locations within Licking County
-
Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)

Pass a pre-employment background check
-
Learn to fill Propane tanks for customers
-
Have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, twist, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
