Overview:
Sweet Cheeks Beauty Bar is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Spa Coordinator. As the Retail Spa Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by managing various aspects of our spa operations, including guest check-ins, retail sales, spa party coordination, and maintaining spa room upkeep.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide personalized assistance in retail sales of skincare products, clothing, and accessories, offering recommendations based on guest preferences and needs.
- Help same-day coordinate and facilitate spa parties, ensuring all arrangements are made to meet guest expectations and preferences.
- Drive sales through effective product knowledge and upselling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in spa rooms, ensuring they are properly stocked and prepared for guest appointments.
- Assist estheticians with daily operations, including setup, cleanup, and client preparation.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, striving to resolve any issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and increasing sales.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in the spa,beauty or retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Proven sales skills and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring spa rooms and retail areas are well-maintained and stocked.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of skincare products and spa services is a plus.
- Certification in esthetics or related field is preferred but not required.
