We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support a team of financial advisors at a growing wealth management firm. This is a heavily administrative and operational role for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, following through on details, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
The ideal candidate has experience within wealth management, an RIA, financial planning firm, or similar environment and understands the day-to-day demands of supporting advisors and their clients. An Executive Assistant or administrative professional with experience in wealth management who is interested in building a career in the industry and obtaining their licenses would also be a strong fit.

Provide Administrative & Operational Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to one or more financial advisors
Manage calendars, inboxes, client communications, and follow-up
Prepare for client meetings and assist with meeting logistics
Maintain CRM records, files, tasks, and client information
Coordinate scheduling and day-to-day logistics
Track open items and ensure follow-through
Support Client Service & Account Administration
Assist with routine client requests and ongoing account servicing
Support the opening and maintenance of client accounts
Prepare and coordinate paperwork, transfers, account changes, beneficiary updates, and money movement
Work closely with custodians, internal operations teams, and advisors to keep requests moving
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely status updates
Support the Advisors
Help keep advisors organized and prepared
Manage administrative details and follow-up
Anticipate needs and stay ahead of outstanding items
Help improve processes and create greater efficiency across the team
Experience in wealth management, an RIA, financial planning, or a similar financial services environment
Executive Assistant or administrative experience supporting advisors, portfolio managers, or other financial professionals is also welcome
Highly organized and comfortable managing a high volume of administrative details
Proactive, dependable, and strong at follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with good judgment and the ability to handle confidential information
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a team
Curious and interested in developing a deeper understanding of wealth management
Willing and able to obtain required industry licenses within the first 6-12 months
3+ years of relevant experience preferred
Experience with administrative support, CRM systems, account administration, or investment operations
Experience supporting financial advisors or investment professionals is a plus
Series 7 and Series 63 are preferred, but not required at the time of hire
Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to obtain the required licenses within their first 6-12 months
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
Ability to work primarily in-office in Nashville
