Occupational Therapist (OT) – Per Diem | Mobile Outpatient in Hudson county and Bergen county, New Jersey

What You'll Do:
- Provide OT evaluations & treatments in patient homes & Day Hab centers
- Develop individualized ADL-focused therapy programs
- Maintain simple, timely electronic documentation
What We Need:
Active NJ OT License
Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license
1+ year experience preferred — new grads welcome!
