We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team serving Lake County and neighboring communities.
This position focuses primarily on divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, child support, maintenance, and orders of protection.
We are not looking for someone who wants to practice alone.

Compensation:
$150,000 - $180,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement effective legal strategies for family law cases, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.

Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations with professionalism and confidence.

Lead client consultations to understand their needs and provide expert legal advice.

Collaborate with legal assistants and support staff to streamline case management and enhance client service.

Maintain open and proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout their case.

Participate in weekly case strategy meetings to share insights and refine approaches with the team.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of firm processes and systems, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience in family law, including divorce, child custody, and support matters.
Ability to represent clients in court with confidence and professionalism.
Proven track record of developing and implementing effective legal strategies.
Strong communication skills to maintain open dialogue with clients and team members.
Ability to lead client consultations and provide expert legal advice.
Experience collaborating with legal assistants and support staff to enhance client service.
Commitment to participating in weekly case strategy meetings and contributing insights for team success.
Licensed and in good standing to practice Law in Illinois.
