A well-established, mission-driven community health organization in the Worcester, MA area is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join its growing outpatient team. Position Highlights:
- 100% outpatient pediatric setting
- Patient population: Newborn through adolescent
- Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Option for four 10-hour shifts
- Integrated care model with behavioral health collaboration
- Structured visit times (20- and 40-minute appointments)
- Supportive onboarding and training program
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care including well-child visits and sick visits
- Perform developmental screenings and administer immunizations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Collaborate with behavioral health and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on preventive care and treatment plans
Patient Population:
- Predominantly Medicaid and underserved communities
- Ideal candidate has a passion for community-based care
Requirements:
- Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 1–2 years of pediatric experience required (No new graduates)
- Active Massachusetts license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and team-oriented mindset
