We’re looking for a CERTIFIED Home Health Aide or CNA who thrives on connection, compassion, and helping patients live their best possible lives to provide care across the Lapeer, Jackson, Genesee, or St. Clair Counties.
Areas:
Lapeer County - Lapeer, Davison, Imlay City, Almont, Dryden, North Branch, Columbiaville, etc.
Jackson County - Jackson, Grass Lake, Napoleon
Genesee County - Flint, Grand Blanc, Burton, Davison, Swartz Creek, Flushing, Fenton, Clio, Montrose, etc.
St. Clair County - Algonac, Marine City, Marysville, Memphis, Port Huron, Richmond, St. Clair, and Yale.
In this role, you will:
- Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene, with dignity and respect.
- Prepare nutritious meals and keep the home environment safe and tidy.
- Support mobility and exercise programs, including range-of-motion activities and safe ambulation.
- Monitor and report changes in a patient’s condition to the care team.
- Follow the Plan of Care developed by the nurse or therapist.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have completed a certified Home Health Aide program or have a CNA license.
- Have at least 6 months of supervised work experience.
- Are patient, reliable, and a great communicator.
- Have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
