Must hold current certification in echocardiography as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) via ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) via CCI. A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Tech required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Advance your career in diagnostic imaging as an experienced Echo Technologist in a contract opportunity. This role involves delivering high-quality echocardiograms across two advanced outpatient campuses, supporting patient care and collaborating closely with experienced cardiology professionals.
Schedule:
- 13-week assignment
- Day shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm (5x8-hour shifts)
Required Qualifications:
- Valid BLS certification
- ARDMS or CCI certification in Echocardiography
- Proven skill in all aspects of echocardiographic imaging
- Ability to work independently and efficiently across multiple facilities
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting is preferred
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform adult echocardiographic exams as ordered by physicians, ensuring high diagnostic quality
- Travel between two outpatient campuses as scheduled, maintaining reliable and timely service
- Document and communicate findings clearly with interpreting physicians and care team
- Maintain equipment, following all safety and infection control procedures
- Support patient comfort and education throughout procedures
