Hiring a part time medical assistant helping with managing day to day operations of a traditional medical office and help with back office work
Opportunity to learn to assist endoscopies and office based procedures
8 hours per day four to five days a week
Taking patients' vitals, booking surgeries, and checking in patients

Responsibilities:
Assisting with:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a medical office or practice
- Manage and coordinate staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and manage the financial aspects of the practice, including billing, insurance claims, and budgeting
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care and optimal workflow
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in medical office or practice management
- Strong knowledge of managed care systems and insurance billing processes
- Proficient in using practice management software
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
