Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are pristine
- Manage janitorial tasks including waste disposal, ensuring sanitation protocols are followed.
- Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or equipment during cleaning tasks
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently, including heavy lifting when required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the shift
- Experience with laundry processes and custodial responsibilities preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
