Biltmore Forest Country Club is a private, member-owned club with over 100 years of tradition in exceptional service. We are seeking experienced servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our membership.
This role requires afternoons and evening availability and offers the opportunity to work across multiple dining formats, including ala carte service, upscale plated dinners, and buffet banquets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fine dining, full-service restaurants, or private clubs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-standard settings
- Dependable, professional, and team-focused
- Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to members and their guests
- Present and describe menu items with confidence and accuracy
- Follow formal service standards and etiquette
- Support banquet, event, and private function setup and service
- Work closely with teammates to deliver a seamless dining experience

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
