Aptiva Health is a rapidly growing, multi-specialty medical group delivering comprehensive orthopedic and acute injury care through a collaborative, patient-centered approach. With multiple locations throughout Kentucky and Indianapolis, we're looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to join our growing team in the Lexington, KY area.
You'll work alongside orthopedic physicians, athletic trainers, neuropsychologists, mental wellness providers, and imaging professionals to deliver coordinated care in orthopedics, sports medicine, concussion management, women's pelvic health, dry needling, wellness services, and advanced imaging.

What You'll Do:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
-
Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
-
Progress therapeutic exercise and manual therapy programs
-
Educate patients on treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs

Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation team members to coordinate care

Assist workers' compensation patients with functional rehabilitation and return-to-work planning

Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with clinical standards

Participate in discharge planning and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Qualifications:
Required
-
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
-
Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license
-
Outpatient orthopedic experience
-
Strong orthopedic evaluation and manual therapy skills

Excellent communication and patient education skills
Preferred

Dry Needling Certification
-
Kinesio Taping Certification
-
Experience treating orthopedic, sports medicine, and workers' compensation patients

Basic medical Spanish language skills
