American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Medical ICU position requiring a MA RN license, Level 1 trauma experience, and every third weekend availability.

Work in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) at a Level 1 trauma hospital
-
12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
-
36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
-
Every third weekend required
-
No floating or charge responsibilities required
-
Active MA RN license required in hand at time of consideration

Current certifications: CPR (AHA) and ACLS (AHA)

Minimum 2+ years of related MICU work experience required

Level 1 trauma center experience required
-
Provide critical care nursing to medically complex ICU patients
-
Weekly orientation held every Monday, barring holidays
-
Nurse manager will conduct interviews and extend offers
-
Required vaccinations include COVID (with booster) and Flu, with medical exemptions allowed

Pass/Fail testing required for Telemetry/ECG and Medication competency

Local candidates not accepted; candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Previous Beth Israel Lahey Health employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility
