- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees to ensure a high-performing team aligned with company standards.
- Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and product displays to maximize sales potential.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate records of payroll, sales reports, inventory levels, and store budgets.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase store traffic and sales growth.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail sales or wireless store environments with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting processes.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership with experience in training & development, team management, and shift supervision.
- Excellent communication skills paired with organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Familiarity with retail math, pricing strategies, merchandising techniques, and marketing practices.
