This role will provide individual career development for the clients of UNSHAKEABLE and is not your typical 9-5. This position directly reports to the Senior Career Coach. We are looking for a dedicated individual with prior case management or workforce development experience.
The Job
- Meet consistently with clients and create a plan for them to return to work.
- Responsible for coordinating services for clients provided by community resource partners.
- Communicate consistently with clients and meet on a regular cadence through coaching sessions.
- Seek feedback from business alliance partners on how clients are performing in their role.
- During career coaching sessions you will:
- identify barriers to employment and assess steps required to remove those barriers.
- provide clients with on-going soft skills training and business acumen training.
- check in on emotional well-being as they progress to independent living.
- Research open positions in client’s field of interest and contact companies for opportunities.
- Responsible for collecting and managing data for grant reporting.
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication, comfortable with public speaking, strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving, analytical skills, multi-tasking, organizational skills, and time management.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Office365.
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
- Demonstrated experience in case management or workforce development.
- Work with a spirit of excellence and grace.
- Bachelor’s degree

Pay: $43,500.00 - $45,000.00 per year
