Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Hosts to join our team. As a Host, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our dining establishment by supporting the below:
Greeting & Seating guests with a positive and professional demeanor
Answering phones
Processing Take Out orders
Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables
Running side work to include but not limited to: Folding napkins, polishing flatware, rolling flatware, stocking necessary items for guest use, light cleaning (polishing windows & surrounding workspaces, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dishwashing) providing N/A beverages or refills for guests, food running, etc.
Schedule must accommodate industry trends to include availability for nights, weekends and holidays
Qualifications:

Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred

Knowledge of the "TOAST" POS system or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of basic culinary terminology

Ability to sanitize work areas regularly, clean and bus tables, and sweep and mop the dining room floor as needed
