Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. Duties: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and issue resolution. - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns and feedback. - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. - Utilize phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions. - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. - Upsell products or services to increase revenue. Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or a related field. - Excellent communication skills in English, bilingual proficiency is a plus. - Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions. - Ability to perform outbound calling activities effectively. - Proficient in data entry with high accuracy. - Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases.
