Position Details:
Multiple projects throughout Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland and actively looking to hire qualified candidates. This position supports projects across a variety of industries, including construction, manufacturing, power plants, commercial facilities, aggregate, oil and gas, factories, production plants, coal, solar, and wind energy sites. As a result, project assignments and work locations may change throughout the duration of the assignment.
The pay rate for this position is determined by the specific project location and county where work is being performed. Each county has its own rate sheet and labor policies that must be followed, and compensation is adjusted accordingly.

Please note: There is no fixed schedule or guarantee regarding project locations. Compensation will be based on the county and state where work is being performed at the time of the assignment.
Candidates should be comfortable traveling between project locations and understand that hourly rates may change based on the applicable project location and labor requirements.

Seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Foreman to join our Electrical team. As a Foreman, you’ll be expected to provide daily supervision and coordination while also working alongside your team to complete tasks efficiently and safely. This role involves physical labor and requires a thorough understanding of industrial electrical systems, construction methods, and the products and services.
Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and must be flexible with their schedule, as the role requires frequent travel throughout the week with overnight stays, extended hours, and occasional weekend, holiday, or night shift work. Strong communication skills, proven leadership experience, and the ability to read blueprints and job specifications are essential. What You'll Do:
· Lead and perform electrical installations and troubleshooting
· Provide labor to industrial trades and to various construction and industrial projects
· Communicate equipment and supply needs to both Electrical field personnel and management
· Prepare time and material (T&M tickets), receipts, and other paperwork as required by the job
· Demonstrate knowledge of the installation of concrete pours and finishes, building and preparing forms, rebar, masonry, block laying, pipefitting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, rigging, excavation, ditching, trenching and general labor as required
· Provide detailed reports, paperwork, and documentation to ensure accurate record keeping, billing and inventory
· Lead, train, and mentor Field Services employees
Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical construction, installation, and maintenance
· 3+ years of solar site construction, installation, and management required
· Must possess a Master Electrical License in at least one state, Maryland, VA, PA preferred
· Advanced ability to read blueprints, plans and review drawings
· Ability to troubleshoot on-the-job issues effectively and efficiently
· Strong knowledge of supervisory functions relating to field activities to include project scheduling, reporting, etc.
· Strong knowledge of, and commitment to, safety and construction regulations, to include the NEC
· Demonstrated ability to excel under pressure and meet budget and deadlines
