Role Responsibilities
Responsible that the Credit Union’s mail, facility and building operation needs are met in the following areas:
- Deliver mail post office runs for incoming/ outgoing mail.
- Delivery to FedEx and UPS mailing locations as needed.
- Weekly shipment of mail and packages to remote branches in Athens and San Angelo.
- Twice weekly delivery and pickup of vehicle title work at the County Tax Offices.
- Mail and supply distribution to all the branches as directed. Maintains and adjusts the route as necessary based on the needs of the Credit Union.
- Assist with general building and facility maintenance. including, but not limited to:
- Electrical repairs like light bulb replacement, conversion of fixtures to LED bulbs and ballast replacement
- Toilet repairs like flapper and valve replacement
- Initial diagnosis of problems observed at each branch during the daily courier run and problems reported through the Facilities Help Desk system throughout the day.
- Inspection of each branch during courier visits, fixing minor problems during visit.
- Walking each branch property weekly (and as needed) removing all debris and litter and disposing of each item properly.
- Maintain the company vehicles, clean and operational.
- Coordinates the ordering, scheduling, pickup and distribution of stock forms and envelopes from the printer’s warehouse to all departments and branches.
- Document or package pickup and delivery.
- Monitors the janitorial supplies at each building by monitoring the stock and submitting orders to our supplier.
- Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly checklist of duties and provide regular status updates to supervisor.
- Presents a helpful and positive attitude, focusing on solutions and always promoting a collaborative environment.

- Comply with established regulations and law requirements.
- Perform various other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- Prefer experience with postage, mailing and folding equipment, as well as general building maintenance.
Skills, Education and/or Certifications Required
- High school graduate, equivalent or demonstrated qualifying experience.
- Must have a valid Texas driver's license, as well as a good driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. for moving medium to large sized boxes, furniture, and equipment.
- Must be capable of performing in a fast-paced office environment.
- Must be able to climb and work from a ladder.
- Must be detail oriented, responsible, and reliable.
- Basic knowledge of computer skills and windows applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Requires an organized, detail-oriented self-starter who can work independently.
- Strong processing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong listening skills and communication skills.
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to member satisfaction.
- Required to handle all member information in a confidential manner.
