Responsibilities
- Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments with precision and care, following established protocols and safety standards
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including evaluating medical histories and discussing aesthetic goals to develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and potential risks to ensure informed decision-making
- Maintain meticulous documentation of procedures, patient records, and treatment notes in electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks
- Adhere to all infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety and confidentiality
- Monitor patients during and after procedures for adverse reactions or complications, providing immediate care when necessary
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to continually enhance skills and service offerings

Skills
- Valid RN license or Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification with experience in aesthetic injections
- Proven proficiency in injection administration techniques including botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, physiology knowledge, and patient assessment skills for optimal results
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Athenahealth, or Cerner for accurate medical documentation
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and build lasting relationships
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to aesthetic medicine and injection procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and patient safety
