- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy
- Transfer calls to the appropriate contacts as needed
- Dispatch messages accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear and detailed communication
- Experience in call center or reception preferred but not necessary.
- 3 day work week. Monday through Wednesday 8am-7pm or Thursday through Friday 8am-7pm, Saturday 8am-6pm
