Seaboard Federal Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative (Teller) to work at our Hermon office. The person assigned to this position will serve as a front-line representative assisting members with daily banking transactions in person, by phone, and via electronic contact. Experienced MSR's have an opportunity to earn additional pay by taking on advanced tasks.
The standard schedule for the week includes Saturday morning, and has Wednesday off. Normal weekly hours will be:
Mon 7:45 – 4:45
Tue 7:45 – 2:15
Wed - off
Thu 7:45 – 2:15
Fri 7:45 – 4:45
Sat 7:45 – 12:15
Hours scheduled may vary seasonally based on the needs of the Credit union.
Previous experience within the credit union or banking industry is preferred. An associate degree or some college in a business related field is also preferred. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, previous customer service experience and the willingness and ability to learn.
