Sonoran Outdoor Living is actively seeking experienced hardscape contractors, landscape construction professionals, owner-operators, and small outdoor living crews throughout the Phoenix metro area.
We are building long-term relationships with reliable contractors who can independently manage outdoor living projects, homeowner walkthroughs, estimates, and project execution.

How The Process Works
Once a qualified homeowner appointment or project opportunity comes in, Sonoran assigns the estimate directly to a contractor.
The contractor handles:
- homeowner walkthroughs
- measurements
- discussing project options
- pricing and estimates
- customer communication and follow-up
Contractors represent Sonoran Outdoor Living throughout the project while maintaining direct communication with the homeowner.
Our internal team assists with:
- proposal preparation
- digital contracts
- scheduling coordination
- marketing & lead generation support
The goal is creating long-term contractor partnerships with consistent project flow.
Compensation
- Keep approximately 80–90% of project value after company commission
- Consistent project opportunities
- No marketing costs or lead generation costs
- Long-term partnership potential
What We’re Looking For
- Owner-operators and small crews preferred
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Comfortable meeting homeowners onsite
- Ability to provide project estimates/pricing
- Reliable follow-through and responsiveness
- Quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Experience with outdoor construction and hardscape projects

Licensing and insurance are preferred but not required depending on project scope.
