We are a locally owned Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for patients throughout Central Iowa. We transport clients to and from nursing homes, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, dialysis appointments, medical offices, and other healthcare destinations.
We are looking for dependable, caring individuals who enjoy helping others and take pride in providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
● Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments.
● Assist ambulatory, wheelchair, and limited-mobility passengers in and out of the vehicle.
● Ensure passengers arrive safely, comfortably, and on time.
● Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
● Keep vehicles clean and presentable.
● Complete required trip documentation using our mobile app.
● Communicate professionally with dispatch, healthcare facilities, and passengers.
● Follow all company safety policies and traffic laws.
Qualifications
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
● Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
● Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
● Strong customer service and communication skills.
● Ability to safely assist passengers with mobility needs.
