Hourly Pay Range: $19.04 - $32.77

Job Summary: The Human Resources Clerk performs responsible clerical work involving specialized document maintenance, filing and invoicing procedures. This role is also responsible for the mailroom, pickup and delivery duties for the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA).
Essential Responsibilities:
-
Maintains multiple file maintenance systems and comprehensive confidential data for accurate HR records and files.
-
Receives, sorts and delivers mail and packages to on-site and off-site locations.
-
Safely operates a company motor vehicle following all safety regulations and state laws. Coordinates routine maintenance and reports necessary repairs to the Maintenance Department. Handles fueling process of vehicle.

Handles basic departmental purchase requisitions and invoices for timely bill payments and processing.
-
Under direct supervision, may make confidential outreach calls to candidates, MNAA team members or retirees with approved messages.

Stocks supplies and performs other manual tasks.
-
Performs bank visits as needed to sign for and pickup documents for BNA and JWN.

Maintains training and compliance checklists as required.
-
As schedule permits, assists with delivery and set-up for HR trainings and events.

Identifies environmental hazards and addresses them in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.

Serves as a backup to the front-desk Receptionist(s), answering, placing, routing calls, assisting with passenger inquiries and receiving/directing visitors.

Maintains regular and on-time attendance.

Follows all safety regulations.
