Motas Transportation is Michigan’s leading cannabis transport company. Our warehouse team plays a critical role in making sure customer orders are organized, verified, staged, and ready for safe transport.
This is a hands-on evening warehouse role for someone who is dependable, physically capable, and takes pride in doing the job right. The work is active, detail-oriented, and sometimes demanding. The right person for this role is reliable, keeps moving, works well with a team, and can stay positive when the night runs late.
Pay$18.00/hour during training
$20.00/hour once qualified
Training period is typically 90 days.
Hours
- Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM until work is complete. Most nights end around 9:00–10:00 PM, with later nights possible based on business needs. This is not a fixed-end-time position. You will work 40-45 hours per week!

Responsibilities
- Handle transport equipment, supplies, and customer orders in a safe and orderly manner
- Load, unload, organize, and stage orders for transport
- Verify orders against driver records, manifests, labels, and internal records
- Organize transport supplies, including bins, carts, seals, pallets, and related equipment
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Work closely with warehouse staff, logistics, dispatch, and drivers to keep operations moving
- Troubleshoot order issues using transport manifests and internal records
- Assist with short local assignments as needed, including deliveries and pickups
- Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks in the warehouse
- Attend semi-annual company meetings, which may take place on weekends
Required skills and qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid Michigan Chauffeur’s license
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to repeatedly bend, reach, crouch, kneel, and stretch
- Must communicate effectively with team members
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Warehouse experience is preferred, but not required

Important Note
This is primarily a warehouse position, but Motas is a transportation company. Warehouse Associates may occasionally assist with short local assignments, including deliveries and pickups, based on operational needs.
