Position: Senior Care Advisor
Compensation: $85,000 + commission
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: The territory is in New Haven County

Always Best Care is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Senior Care Advisor to grow our presence within the home care industry. This role is ideal for someone with industry knowledge and a strong marketing or sales background who thrives in a territory-based role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with referral partners in the area
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Represent the company at community and networking events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Track sales activity and meet growth targets
Qualifications:
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or related industry preferred
- Strong sales and marketing background
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
