Position Overview
We are looking for commission-based commercial sales representatives capable of generating new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with:

- Apartment Complexes
- Warehouses

- Commercial Property Owners

- Commercial Developers
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, professional, self-driven, and comfortable prospecting commercial clients throughout the Houston area.
Responsibilities
- Generate commercial roofing and remodeling leads
- Prospect and develop new commercial accounts
- Conduct property visits and inspections
- Build relationships with commercial decision makers
- Follow up on proposals and opportunities
- Maintain pipeline activity and customer communication
- Help expand commercial roofing and exterior services division
Requirements
- Experience in commercial roofing sales preferred
- Experience in commercial construction or remodeling preferred
- Existing commercial contacts are a plus
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to generate leads independently
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Reliable transportation required
