Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid SLP - CCC credential
- California state licensure (or eligibility by start date)

- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Organizational skills to manage caseload efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement targeted therapy sessions for students with speech and language challenges
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
- Provide support and guidance to families and educators to maximize students’ success
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to special education services
