Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems

Provide outstanding customer service at every home visit

Educate customers on system conditions, maintenance, and repair options

Document all work performed using company technology

Work closely with team members and leadership to ensure high‑quality service
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC experience (preferred)

EPA certification (required)

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Professional communication and a customer‑first approach

Valid driver’s license & 21+ yrs old per company policy

Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well with a team
