P&J Homecare Services LLC is seeking a motivated, professional, and outgoing Business Development & Intake Coordinator to help grow our home care agency.
The ideal candidate will build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians’ offices, assisted living facilities, case managers, discharge planners, and social workers to generate referrals while also handling client intake and helping families enroll in our home care services.
Responsibilities
- Market P&J Homecare Services LLC to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, physicians, and community organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and social workers.
- Generate new client referrals.
- Answer incoming phone calls from prospective clients and families.
- Explain our home care services and schedule in-home assessments.
- Complete client intake and enrollment paperwork.
- Follow up with referrals until clients begin services.
- Attend networking and community events to promote the agency.
- Maintain referral and client records.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, or medical sales preferred.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Professional appearance and ability to work independently.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
