Job Summary
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Charge Nurse; Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), where your expertise will directly impact patient care and well-being. In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, skilled nursing services for our 15 bed ICF-IID facility. Your energetic approach and dedication will ensure patients receive top-quality care while supporting their physical and cognitive impairment along with their emotional needs. Your proactive involvement will help foster a safe, respectful, and healing environment for all.
The role of the RN or LPN is to monitor the nursing staff, administer medications, monitor residents’ health and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
Key Duties:
· Maintain nursing systems under the supervision of the DON: assessment, treatments, prescriptions, infection control and other nursing activities.
· Monitor medication and observing changes in health conditions.
· Coordinating care with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive care plan for each resident.
· Maintaining administrative duties pertaining to records, coordinating appointments and managing care plans.
· Maintain resident’s records in compliance with ICF/IID Licensing Regulations and Title 42 (CFR) Section 483.
· To provide supervision, leadership and training to all C.N.A staff.
· To consult with the DON on all matters of concern which arise.
· Carry out any assigned tasks from the DON.

Pay: $39.00 - $45.00 per hour
