Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Charge Nurse; Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), where your expertise will directly impact patient care and well-being. The role of the RN or LPN is to monitor the nursing staff, administer medications, monitor residents’ health and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
Key Duties:
· Maintain nursing systems under the supervision of the DON: assessment, treatments, prescriptions, infection control and other nursing activities.
· Monitor medication and observing changes in health conditions.
· Coordinating care with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive care plan for each resident.
· Maintaining administrative duties pertaining to records, coordinating appointments and managing care plans.
· Maintain resident’s records in compliance with ICF/IID Licensing Regulations and Title 42 (CFR) Section 483.
· To provide supervision, leadership and training to all C.N.A staff.
· To consult with the DON on all matters of concern which arise.
· Carry out any assigned tasks from the DON.

Pay: $39.00 - $45.00 per hour
