Looking for an individual who is trustworthy and dependable, and will strictly enforce the guidelines of our storage facilities' lease agreement.
- Basic maintenance & oversight at self storage facility
- Perform security checks/walk-throughs 2-3 times per week per facility
- Clean vacant units
- Minor Repairs
- Minor landscaping
- Auction preparation
- Cut locks as needed
- Send weekly report to management
- Maintain constant and clear communication with management
- Available to be on call to assist in emergency situations
- Must be reliable and easy to communicate with
- MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND
- TRUCK PREFERRED
- Must have a mobile phone
- Must be proficient with texting
- Great job for retiree and/or veteran
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
