Chase Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead the Home2 Suites by Hilton Erie. This role requires a proven leader who can oversee all hotel operations, maintain Hilton brand standards, build a strong team culture, and drive exceptional guest satisfaction.
We are looking for a hands-on operator with prior General Manager experience who thrives in a limited-service hotel environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance
- Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and QA inspections
- Recruit, hire, and develop hotel team members
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor efficiency
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and online reputation
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost controls
- Drive occupancy, ADR, and revenue performance
- Maintain property condition, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Foster a positive, service-focused work environment
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience serving as a Hotel General Manager (required)
- Proven success managing hotel operations and financial performance
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing guest satisfaction scores and online reputation
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience at a Hilton-branded property strongly preferred
- Experience with Hilton systems such as PEP / OnQ, SALT, and QA inspections
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000
- Performance Bonus Potential: Up to 27% of salary
