Lakeside Dental is currently seeking a motivated, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. We are a welcoming, well-established practice that values teamwork, high-quality patient care, and creating a positive experience for every patient.
This is a full-time opportunity working Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:45 PM, giving you long weekends and a great work-life balance.
Full-time schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 4:45 PM

Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care
Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and patient assessments
Take digital radiographs as needed
Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment recommendations
Maintain accurate patient records
Work closely with doctors and team members to deliver excellent care
Active Dental Hygienist license in Iowa
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Passion for patient care and education
Ability to work efficiently in a team setting
