Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have opportunities for IHAs and HHAs within the Romeoville County and surrounding areas.
Job Responsibilities:
-Assist clients with personal care activities and provide companionship tasks in accordance with the care plan.
- Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication reminders
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing
- Prepare meals and assist with meal planning and cooking
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records-
Experience:
-Previous experience as a Home Health Aide with current IHA/HHA Certification
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with medical documentation and record keeping
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
