Job Title: Business Development Executive

Supervisor: Practice Administrator
Location: Boston, MA
Job Summary
The Business Development Executive works directly with our Leadership Team to help broaden our outreach to the communities surrounding our clinics.
Job Duties
- Consult with the Leadership Team to create marketing strategies and plans.
- Make initial contact with potential PCPs, Urgent Cares, Law Firms, Funding Companies, and Employers for Workers Comp for our Referral Partner Network, and schedule meetings with them for our Leadership Team and Medical Directors.
- Assist in organizing and implementing different marketing projects throughout the year in order to maintain consistent contact with our Referral Partner Network.
- Travel to different markets near/around our clinic will be required.

Education and/or Experience
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or have relevant experience in Marketing - preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and compassion towards patients and other stakeholders with a pleasant personality.
- Comfort working with or learning our case management system.
- Must have no restrictions to work in the state of Georgia.
Communication Skills
Strong customer service skills. Ability to maintain good relationships with providers, coworkers, and referral partners. Ability to effectively give and receive information from Ownership Team, Leadership Team, and other Employees.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to manage time efficiently.
Computer Skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. PC proficiency and data entry skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
