Position Overview:
Aquaknox Marine is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our growing service department. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, motivated, and eager to learn.
This position combines administrative support, customer communication, and service coordination responsibilities to help keep our service operations running efficiently. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for customers and play a key role in creating a positive service experience from start to finish.
No marine industry experience is required — we will provide training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist service customers in person, over the phone, and through email
- Schedule service appointments and communicate timelines with customers
- Open and manage service work orders
- Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and service advisors
- Provide updates regarding repairs, parts, and service progress
- Assist with warranty claim processing and documentation
- Support parts ordering and service-related administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate customer and service records
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the service department
