At Resilire Neuro, Social Workers play a vital role on our interdisciplinary care team, supporting clients and their families throughout the rehabilitation journey. In this role, you will work with individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, helping them navigate the emotional, social, and day-to-day challenges of recovery, adjustment, and long-term support.
We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Social Worker who is confident partnering with clients, families, and care teams to promote dignity, protect client rights, and enhance quality of life.

You will have the opportunity to counsel and support clients and families while collaborating across clinical and residential teams and helping develop pathways for both restorative and adaptive rehabilitation. What You’ll Do
As a Social Worker, you will:
- Partner with an interdisciplinary team to develop and support individualized care plans
- Assess and support clients with diverse backgrounds, needs, and behavioral presentations with professionalism, patience, and respect
- Provide support, education, and resources to clients and families throughout admission, care planning, rehabilitation, and discharge
- Support clients and families during moments of crisis, transition, and adjustment
- Participate in care conferences and team meetings to ensure strong communication and continuity of care
- Provide education related to client rights, advance directives, life-sustaining treatment guidelines, and available community resources
- Complete timely documentation, including assessments, progress notes, care plans, discharge summaries, and outcomes data
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards
What We’re Looking For
Qualified candidates will have:
- LMSW - Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university
- Current professional licensure as required by the State of Michigan
- CPR certification, or ability to obtain as required
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong assessment, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Comfort working closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Flexibility to serve as both a clinician and educator
- Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
- A genuine interest in supporting individuals through rehabilitation, adjustment, and long-term care needs
