Med Spa Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities
The Med Spa Sales Manager will play a critical leadership role in driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This position requires a results‑driven individual with strong communication skills, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of aesthetic and wellness services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales goals by leading consultations, coaching staff, and implementing effective conversion strategies.
- Structure and manage payroll to ensure labor efficiency, proper staffing levels, and alignment with company financial targets.
- Supervise day‑to‑day operations to maintain smooth workflow, high service standards, and consistent patient satisfaction across the clinic.
- Provide clear, confident explanations of services, treatment plans, and membership options to patients, ensuring they fully understand benefits, expectations, and pricing.
Requirements:
- Must speak English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in sales (preferably in health, aesthetics, or wellness).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
