Include duties related to maintenance, management, organization and food preparation within the kitchen at a restaurant. Kitchen staff responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef.
- Sweeping and mopping floors, as required.
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
- Preparing, storing and restocking ingredients, heating food items, washing dishes, cleaning work surfaces and equipment, and following food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Preparing, prepping , cooking and food plating.

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
