Join our vibrant team as a Salon Suite Rental Professional, where you will have the exciting opportunity to operate your own independent beauty or wellness business within a dynamic and supportive salon environment. You will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming space, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and utilizing salon management tools to streamline your operations. Suites Are 550$ a month and salon stations $350
Duties
- Manage your own suite, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and inviting for clients
- Provide high-quality services such as hair styling, nail care, skincare treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, or other specialized beauty services
- Utilize salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY to schedule appointments, process payments, and track client information
- Promote your services through social media management and product demos to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations for retail sales and treatment options
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations and industry best practices
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction while increasing revenue opportunities
Skills
- Strong management skills to oversee your suite operations efficiently
- Proficiency with salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment booking and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and promote your services effectively
- Expertise in various beauty treatments including hair extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, straight razor shaving, nail care, and tattooing
- Knowledge of color theory for hair coloring and styling techniques
- Experience with retail sales strategies and upselling to maximize revenue opportunities
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest services in a professional manner while maintaining sanitation standards
- Familiarity with social media management for marketing your suite services and engaging with clients online
- Background in hospitality or med spa environments is a plus for providing comprehensive client care
