- You will work 8–10 hour days

About the Role
As a Mobile Pet Groomer, you will:
- Drive a fully equipped grooming van to client homes
- Perform full grooming services from start to finish
- Manage your daily route and appointments
- Work independently while following company systems
This is a performance-based role with strong income potential for those who stay consistent and improve.
Compensation (Performance-Based)
- $2.15/hour base pay
- 30% commission per completed groom
- 100% of all tips (cash, card, and Zelle)
Average earnings: $4,800 – $6,500+ per month AFTER training and running a full schedule
Income depends on:
- Performance
- Speed and efficiency
- Ability to handle full routes
- Add-on services
Training (Paid)
- No grooming experience required
- 4 week structured training program (performance-based)
- Hands-on learning with real dogs
- Step-by-step system — no guessing
Important:
Training length depends on performance, consistency, and skill development.
Not all trainees complete the program — only those who meet our standards move forward.

- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
- Able to handle dogs up to 100 lbs
- Physically capable of working long days
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and responsibility
