Tavern in the Square ; Proudly independent, proudly local, and powerfully tied to community, an evolution of the classic neighborhood restaurant, is now looking fo General Managers/Assistant General Managers to join it's Teams. We are a fast growing, locally owned restaurant group, with future expansion of 6 additional restaurants through 2026-2027.
Looking for high volume experienced, team players, who appreciate a structured environment with the flexibility of running personalized restaurants. All applicants must have a positive attitude, a passion for Hospitality and desire to grow with our fast moving brand.
Seeking Qualifications:
1-3+ years of management experience in a full service casual restaurant
-Must have experience in managing all aspects of the Front of the House
-Must be organized, detailed and motivated to succeed
-Must possess leadership skills, and the ability to be a team leader, are essential
-The ability to motivate, educate and develop staff
-Strong work ethic
