Job Overview
Glorious Home Care Assistance is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide quality in-home care services to seniors in Santa Clara, CA. Our caregivers help clients maintain their independence, safety, and dignity while allowing them to remain comfortably in their own homes.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
- Support clients living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other age-related conditions
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred or willingness to obtain
- CNA experience is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
