Data Center Automation Control Systems Expert (BMS/EPMS)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Center Automation Control Systems Expert to support the deployment, optimization, and operation of automation control systems across global data center facilities. This role will work closely with Facility Engineers (FE), Facility Managers (FM), vendors, and regional operations teams to ensure reliable integration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of BMS, EPMS, and EMS platforms. The position reports directly to senior management and plays a key role in driving automation standardization and operational excellence across global data center sites.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliability and quality of operational data integration from BMS and EPMS systems across global data center facilities.
- Coordinate with local Facility Managers (FM) and Facility Engineers (FE) to develop, maintain, audit, and optimize CMDB topology documentation.
- Lead EMS point mapping, integration, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
- Coordinate alarm management, EOP execution, emergency response strategies, and operational drills with local FM/FE teams.
- Evaluate automation control technologies and develop standardized solutions for recurring technical issues.
- Conduct automation system risk assessments, change reviews, technical optimization evaluations, maintenance audits, and global site inspections.
- Drive the implementation of key automation technologies across global data centers to ensure stable and reliable system operations.
- Supervise vendors and contractors during system deployment, commissioning, configuration, optimization, and onsite change activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, HVAC, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in data center operations, infrastructure management, quality engineering, or related technical roles.
- Strong understanding of automation control system architecture, operational logic, and optimization methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with BMS, EPMS, and critical facility infrastructure systems. Strong knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, SNMP, and MQTT.
- Experience with system deployment, commissioning, troubleshooting, optimization, and control strategy configuration. Programming or scripting experience (Python, Shell, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and independently support technical discussions and documentation in international environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, execution capability, and sense of ownership.
- Ability to work closely with FM and FE teams to drive the implementation of intelligent automation solutions within data center environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with BMS, EPMS, and critical facility infrastructure systems.
- Strong understanding of automation control architecture and optimization methodologies.
- Experience supporting hyperscale or mission-critical data center environments.
- Ability to independently lead technical projects across multiple sites and regions.

能力要求：
- 本科及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化、暖通、计算机或相关专业；
- 5年以上工作经验，3年以上数据中心运维管理或质量工程师经验；
- 熟悉自控系统架构和运行逻辑，了解逻辑优化措施；
- 熟悉BMS/EPMS系统和基础设施设备，掌握主流通信协议（Modbus、BACnet、SNMP、MQTT等）；
- 具备系统部署、调试、使用、优化及策略配置能力，具备代码/脚本开发能力（Python/Shell等）者优先；
- 具备英文沟通能力，可独立完成海外现场技术沟通及英文文档编写；
- 具备跨部门、团队、文化的协作能力，有较强的执行力和责任感；
- 与属地FM/FE紧密协作，推动从监控到自控的IDC控制系统建设落地。
关键考核维度：
- 拓扑图绘制完成率、盘点准确率、设备变更同步及时率；
- 校验规则覆盖率、CMDB盘点准确率、EMS测点接入质量合格率；
- 测点接入完成率、告警启用率、告警健康度（收敛率、误报率）；
- 自控技术优化方案落地率、风险排查闭环率、飞检问题整改率；
- 告警收敛策略覆盖率、预案演练完成率、EOP联动执行达标率；
- 区域落地方案完成率、标准文档覆盖率（拓扑图规范、测点接入规范等）；
- 供应商变更作业合规率、Colo技术问题解决时效；
- 培训材料完成率、属地团队技能认证通过率。
