Elevate Outdoor is a leading landscape construction and maintenance company providing high-end service to residential and commercial customers in Metro-St. Louis as well as commercial sites throughout the US. We are locally owned and operated with a strong culture and work ethic.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Foreman to lead a project crew in creating beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a passion for landscape construction. This role requires hands-on experience in various aspects of landscaping, including retaining walls, paver patios, water features, outdoor kitchens, and other outdoor living spaces.
Duties
- Supervise and work alongside the crew ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of tools and equipment used in landscaping projects.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in landscape construction and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape construction is essential.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and equipment use.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Hardscape installation: 2 years (Required)
- Supervisory: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
