Account Manager – Field Operations / Customer Experience
Oak & Iron Exteriors is hiring an Account Manager for our Maryland market. This role is the field extension of our Customer Experience Coordinator team and is responsible for helping move each customer file efficiently from adjustment through completion.
The Account Manager will work directly with homeowners, insurance companies, field teams, and our internal CEC team to ensure every job is documented properly, communicated clearly, and pushed forward without unnecessary delays.
This is a hands-on field position for someone who is organized, reliable, professional with homeowners, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once.
Responsibilities include:
- Attend insurance adjustments, reinspections, and field appointments
- Help move files from adjustment to installation agreement
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the restoration process
- Communicate with insurance companies as needed
- Work closely with the Customer Experience Coordinator team to keep files moving
- Complete photos, measurements, documentation, and job updates
- Utilize company tools, CRM, and software systems accurately
- Check materials before and during production
- Run materials or jobsite items when needed
- Monitor quality control during active builds
- Ensure company quality and safety standards are being met
- Complete final walkthroughs with homeowners
- Identify and help facilitate punch-out items
- Get Certificates of Completion signed
- Pick up progress and final payments
- Keep all job notes, photos, and updates current in the CRM
- Help ensure a smooth, professional customer experience from start to finish
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable in the field, and able to communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance representatives, subcontractors, and internal team members. This person should take ownership of their files and understand that strong communication, documentation, and follow-through are critical to the success of each job.
Experience in roofing, siding, exterior restoration, insurance restoration, construction, project coordination, or customer service is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right work ethic and attitude.
Pay: $44,200.00 - $60,000.00 per year
