General Duties / Key ResponsibilitiesSemnox
- Maintain and manage all inventory databases within the Semnox POS system across Arcade, Lake Creek, and Kingdom locations.
- Ensure all items are accurately configured in Semnox, including pricing, categories, SKUs, modifiers, and inventory tracking settings.
- Monitor the system for inconsistencies, duplicate items, or setup errors and resolve proactively.
- Manage menu updates, pricing adjustments, and product configurations within Semnox.
POS-Based Inventory Auditing
- Perform regular audits comparing physical inventory counts to Semnox system data.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between actual inventory and POS-reported quantities.
- Ensure all areas are “count-ready” and aligned with Semnox records prior to audits.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end inventory counts with a strong focus on Semnox accuracy.
Inventory Reporting & Analysis
- Generate and analyze reports from Semnox to identify trends, variances, and potential loss.
- Use POS data to detect shrink, waste, pricing inconsistencies, or reporting gaps.
- Provide clear, actionable insights to leadership based on Semnox reporting.
- Ensure reporting consistency and data integrity across all three locations.
Purchasing, Receiving & Product Setup
- Manage item creation and setup for new products within Semnox.
- Ensure accurate entry of deliveries and receiving data into the POS system.
- Verify that all received products are correctly reflected in Semnox inventory counts.
- Maintain accurate par levels within the system to support purchasing and inventory flow.
Shrink Detection & System Investigations
- Use Semnox transaction data to investigate discrepancies, including voids, refunds, comps, and unusual activity.
- Identify patterns that may indicate theft, misuse, or breakdowns in process.
- Partner with leadership to address and resolve system-based loss issues.
Reconciliation & Issue Resolution
- Reconcile discrepancies between Semnox data, physical counts, and operational reporting.
- Identify root causes such as system setup errors, user behavior, or process gaps.
- Implement corrective actions to improve accuracy and prevent recurring issues.
Documentation & System Controls
- Maintain clear documentation of Semnox system changes, discrepancies, and audit findings.
- Ensure proper POS controls are in place, including permissions, inventory tracking, and reporting protocols.
- Support consistent and compliant system usage across all locations.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, F&B, Kitchens, and Redemption teams to ensure proper use of Semnox.
- Train and support team members on best practices for POS inventory handling and accuracy.
- Serve as the primary resource for troubleshooting Semnox-related inventory and reporting issues.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience with POS systems (Semnox preferred), inventory control, or data auditing.
- Strong proficiency in POS platforms and inventory management systems.
- Experience working with POS reporting, item setup, and transaction analysis.
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and improve operational processes.
- High ethical standards with the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s Degree or background in systems management, data analysis, or asset protection is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends.
